Hi, I'm Bonnie.

Strength coach for women who refuse to settle for "good enough."

Where this started

I started my own fitness journey wanting to lose weight, improve my health, and feel strong and confident in my own skin. I'd tried programs before — the kind that promise the world in 30 days and leave you exhausted, frustrated, and exactly where you started. I was tired of that loop.

So I hired a coach. I committed to learning the why behind the workouts. I traded perfection for consistency. And slowly, then suddenly, things changed. The weight I had carried for years started moving. The bar got heavier. The mirror stopped being the enemy. More than anything, I started trusting myself again.

Why I coach

That experience changed me — and it pushed me to get certified so I could help other women feel the same shift. I know exactly what it feels like to walk into a gym and feel like everyone is watching. I know what it's like to lose momentum because life refuses to slow down. And I know how good it feels when the program finally works because it was built around your real life, not someone else's.

That's the coaching I wished I'd had at the beginning. That's the coaching I built.

What I stand for

Sustainable progress over extreme programs. Strength as a long-term identity, not a 12-week sprint. Honest coaching that respects your time, your body, and your starting point. I don't believe in shame, I don't believe in punishment workouts, and I don't believe in selling quick fixes that we both know won't last.

I believe women in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond are entering some of the most powerful chapters of their lives — and the right kind of strength training is the most underrated tool we have to make those chapters extraordinary.

Who this is for

If you're a woman 35+ who's ready to stop guessing and start training with intention, you're in the right place. If you've tried things before and they haven't stuck, you're in the right place. If you're brand new to lifting and the gym feels intimidating, you're especially in the right place.

This isn't for women looking for the next 6-week shred. It isn't for women who want to be screamed at. It isn't for women who want shame as fuel. There are coaches for that. I'm not one of them.

Still on the journey

I'm not finished. I'm still showing up, still chasing PRs, still working to become stronger and more capable every year. That's the whole point. Strength isn't a destination — it's a practice. And the goal of every program I write is to hand you that practice in a way you can keep doing for the next 30 years.
