Consistency beats intensity. Every single time.

I have watched hundreds of programs fail for the same reason: they were too ambitious to survive a real life. Six days a week, 90-minute sessions, perfect macros. Sustainable for two weeks. Abandoned by week four.

The body responds to total work over time, not heroic single sessions. Three honest 40-minute strength sessions every week for a year will outperform a brutal 6-day plan that you abandon in February.

When I write a program for someone, I am explicitly designing for the worst week of her life — the week with the sick kid, the work crisis, the flat tire, the bad sleep. If the plan still gets done that week, the plan is good. If it doesn't, the plan is wrong.

Look at the next 12 months and pick the schedule you can defend on your worst Tuesday. Then defend it. The PRs will follow.
